After Care Navel Piercing?

Is Triclocarbon Anti-Bacteria Deodorant Safeguard Soap good enough for my navel piercing? Even if it will slow down the process of it healing slower? Its the only soap I have! And my dad won't buy me any other kind because he already bought be this kind....? And I really wanna clean my piercing right now! I had it about sense spring! So thats over 3weeks! :(((( I REALLY REALLY REALLY DONT WANT MY PIERCING TO GET INFECTED!! PLEASE HELPPP!!!!
