Is it okay to transfer colleges twice?

I started at Florida Atlantic University, then transferred to Auburn for the sophomore year. I didn't feel comfortable there because of the redneck proximity, the remoteness of the campus, and the difficulty of the courses (it's ranked most difficult 16). I have two more years of college left, would it be common sense for me to transfer to another university (this is the last time) for the other two?
