My guinea pig has three red dots on her fur?

My guinea pig is an albino guinea pig and she's a really playful, so I was playing with her and I felt a bump on her. So I looked at that spot and there was three red dots at the same place. But she was moving a lot so I only got one look at it. What is it? Please help!
