When a person accesses porn of any sort on the computer, how can he be sure he is not accessing illegal stuff?

If someone accesses young women or girls--or young men or boys--in the nude, how does the person know that someone will not be at the door with papers claiming he has "child pornography" on his computer? How do you safeguard against this, without foregoing the porn on the web?
