Should I take the SAT again? Are these scores good enough?

I think you'll be fine. If you improve your scores, it won't be by much. You have a solid GPA, just don't let it drop during your senior year. AP and honors classes help too. Do you do any extra curricular activities? Any leadership positions? Do you give back to your community? It seems like you're doing great with your GPA and test scores (which matter the most), but if you want to make sure you have the best application possible, work a little in the other areas. Either way, I think you'll be fine. You'll definitely get into a few of the schools you mentioned. Good luck! :)
