Are burmese pythons LEGAL in Rochester, New York?

Ive always wanted an albino burmese python and i have been looking all over to find and answer to my question. I have done a ton of research on these great animals and i know what im getting into. I am an experienced herp owner with several snakes. Does anyone know if burmese pythons are legal in Rochester, New York?
