I was kinda wounded by a dogs teeth, what should i do? (please help!)?

i was playing with my dog this may 29, 2011 which never had a anti rabies vaccine. i am living in the philippines. while we are playing i accidentally hit itd teeth which made a scratch and a little wound on my hand. i washed it immediately with safeguard soap. im asking, do i need to get a anti rabies vaccination??? my dog's characteristics are cheerful, happy, superactive!, always wanted to play, not dumb, or etc. i dont see any signs of rabies on him. so what should i do? do i need to get a vaccine???? plsss help!! any opinion will do. :D thanks!!!
