Is this 2 much for my 10 gallon tank?

6 male guppies, 1 female betta and I want to get 1 or 2 Otos- if so how can u tel male from female and would 1 male and 1 female be ok in their?, or 1 maybe 2 albino bristlenose pleco. So wat algea eater fish(s) should I get? Also could I fit a couple ghost shrimp in their? How many? And don't say 1INCH PER GALLON CUZ IT'S REALLY ANNOYING AND I ALREADY NO THAT!!! Or say anything about the male guppies together!!! thanks in advance:)
