Question on cornsnake?

i have had my albino corn snake for about 6 months and he/she is getting some yellow on his neck. is this normal or is there something wrong with he/she? is there any way to tell if it is a boy or girl? and how do i know when to start feeding him full sized mice, i am giving him the frozen and then thawed fuzzy mice now thanks!
