Am I an albino or just really white?

My mother has brown hair and hazel eyes and my father has black hair with blue eyes. My entire family can get amazing tans, but I can't seem to get any color at all. I am the only blonde in my family, and I have light blue grey eyes and pinkish skin. Am I albino?
